Domestic Deliveries (Germany) and Deliveries to Austria (EU):

- Austria: Standard Shipping EUR 15.60, Express Shipping EUR 21.95

International Deliveries (NON EU):

- Switzerland: EUR 19.20
- United Kingdom: EUR 19.20
- United States: EUR 39.00

Further EU Deliveries:

- Other countries within the EU: Standard Shipping from EUR 15.60 to EUR 15.80, Express Shipping EUR 21.95 where available, EU outermost regions and islands with their own country code (Aland Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint Martin) EUR 35.95

Further International Deliveries (NON EU):

These products are currently dispatched to the countries listed above only. If your order contains both a small parcel product and a product shipped at the standard rates, the shipping costs are calculated per shipment. The amount applicable to your order is always displayed separately before you submit the order.

Delivery Times. Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (within Germany) will be made within 3-5 business days, and international deliveries within 3-5 business days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction). This applies only to products listed exclusively as "Non-Pre-order" products. Products offered as "Pre-Order" are shipped according to the respective pre-order timelines (clearly stated in the description).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you choose to collect the items yourself, we will notify you via email when the goods are ready for pickup and provide information on the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
